Judy has been a counsellor for more than 30 years, specialising in grief and loss.
She has extensive experience in developing and delivering a range of seminars and training workshops for staff and volunteers in hospitals, community settings, aged care facilities, and hospices throughout Australia and Europe.
Judy has studied Jungian Therapy under Patrick Jansen and trained with Mal and Di McKissock and Dr Elisabeth Kubler-Ross. She has also studied Bioenergetics and Neo-Reikein therapy. She has studied Buddhism for more than 35 years and has trained with many Tibetan Buddhist masters. Judy brings to her work a vast compassion and depth of experience from both study and supporting those in the process of dying, exploring universal spiritual principles that resonate with people of any faith or none.
Judy approaches counselling with a long history of eclectic and plentiful trainings and personal experience.
She tailors a counselling session to the individual, bringing different techniques and elements from her diverse knowledge to suit the client.
